    Part of the duties that force the present generation of adults with respect to youth and children is to offer a training system with such efficiency that it does not endanger their human, social, political, emotional, psychological, moral and spiritual stability; in addition, that it serves as a preventive element to juvenile and juvenile delinquency. Criminal tendencies endanger peaceful coexistence and with it the survival of children and youth. On this, Planetary Humanism has already warned us: "we should take all precautions to do nothing that could endanger the very survival of future generations." The present generation of adults has the responsibility of guaranteeing to emerging generations an adequate ecosystem that enables the healthy and harmonious life of future generations, likewise, this ecosystem must have all the conditions and must comply with all habitability protocols. . As recommended by Planetary Humanism: "As far as possible, each generation has the obligation to deliver to the next a planetary environment that is better than the one it has inherited. We should avoid excessive pollution and use only what we need rationally and economically in order to avoid wastage of non-renewable resources on Earth. " The previous reflections serve as a conceptual background to the issues that I will address here, since when we speak of dignity and human rights in the context of juvenile delinquency, we are implicitly referring to the responsibilities that the adult generations have with the emerging ones.     The theology of John Calvin and his followers is frequently identified as the theological basis of "disenchantment", characteristic of modern Western society. Many times the Calvinist doctrine of the sacrament is highlighted as a focal point of criticism. This article presents an outline of the sacramental doctrine in the Calvinist tradition, and shows how the Calvinist doctrine of the Holy Supper sustains a vision of communion between the believer, the creation, and the Triune God.

    This document addresses the theme of the biblical exposition, which is of fundamental interest to the Evangelical Christian Church of Colombia. While biblical preaching is and must be one of the structural elements that sustain the historical-theological presupposition held by the church, according to which God has spoken and communicated in his Word. For some years, this theme has occupied the Biblical Speakers Training School (EFEB) and the Biblical Seminary Foundation of Colombia (FUSBC), from which the initiative to create the Exhibitor's Seedbed, formed by the students who developed this investigation.

    Exploración de la estructura literaria de la epístola de Santiago (Parte 1)

    The reader of this article finds here an exploration of the possible existence of a literary structure in the epistle of James. The analysis that is made in this paper tries to facilitate to the reader a certain familiarization with the complex configuration of the text of this letter, to explain the reason for which its author wrote that epistle, and to give a better exegetical understanding to him of its text. The thematic multiplicity and the contradictory emphasis that the commentators identify in Santiago, confirm the need to improve the exegetical understanding of this letter from an approach that respects the complexity of its literary configuration.   In this exploration there are sufficient reasons and evidences to read the epistle of Santiago from a literary structure of parallels ─more consonant with the Jewish mentality of the first century─, instead of a linear progression of thought ─ more in keeping with our westernized form to write and read─. This first part of the exploration, however, only identifies contributions and questions some of the conclusions of Martín Dibelius, Fred O. Francis and Peter H. Davids; three influential and still relevant scholars of the literary structure of the Charter of Santiago. The contributions of Dibelius, Francis and Davids allow us to identify indications favorable to the presence of literary structure in the New Testament epistle of Santiago.

    The epistle of Santiago, in general, does not receive the priority it deserves in preaching in the church, despite its vigorous message, particularly in our Colombian and Latin American context that calls for a greater awareness of social, economic and social responsibilities. policies that the church and its evangelical message have. By suspecting that the complex literary structure and diversity of emphasis, sometimes contradictory that the scholars find in this epistle, are guilty of this unfortunate lack of priority, I hope that, however tedious the analysis of the literary structure may be , the present work helps to convince the reader that without better understanding its literary structure, we will hardly be able to understand its message and obtain a better use of Santiago. [1] A better approach to its literary structure and, therefore, a better understanding of its message, should result in a greater willingness to give Santiago the place that belongs to him in the preaching of those who have the sacred privilege of proclaiming the whole message of God so that we reflect his character of defense of the widow and the orphan (Jas 1:27, see also De 10:18).
